Questions owners usually ask

Does every worker need a subscription?: No. SiteSight is $9.99/month per company. One subscription covers the organization workspace, and the owner invites the crew. See pricing.
Can employees share the same jobs?: Yes. Invited members work from the same company jobs and site information. Workspaces are isolated by organization, so another company cannot see yours.
Can I control who can edit jobs?: Owners invite people as a Viewer or an Editor. Editors can change job information. Viewers can read it. Only owners manage membership and billing.
Can I remove someone’s access when they leave?: Yes. Owners can remove a member or cancel a pending invite. That person loses access to the company workspace.
Is SiteSight scheduling or invoicing software?: No. You may already use software for scheduling, invoicing, or dispatch. SiteSight is for the site-specific knowledge your crew needs when they actually return to the job.
Does SiteSight work on phones?: Yes. SiteSight is built for phones and tablets and can be installed as a PWA from the browser. It is not an offline-only app — you use it where you have a connection.
Can I export my data?: Yes. Company owners can export their SiteSight job information to PDF at any time. Photos are not included in the PDF export.
What can I keep on a job?: Job instructions and access details, equipment lists, hazard information, reusable SOPs, notes, photos, and live weather conditions next to the job when your company adds a weather key.
