These terms cover use of SiteSight, a product of Ineality LLC. They are a practical description of the service, not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer. Questions: isaac@ineality.com.

The service

SiteSight is job-site notes and crew knowledge for field-service companies. It is not scheduling, invoicing, payroll, dispatch, or a safety-certification product. Weather shown in the app is informational and does not determine whether work is allowed.

Accounts and companies

You must provide accurate account information. Each organization has its own workspace. The owner invites members as Viewer or Editor, controls membership, and is responsible for who can see company data. Remove access when someone leaves.

Billing

SiteSight is $9.99 per month per company, billed through Stripe. One subscription covers the organization workspace, not a separate fee per worker. Owners can manage or cancel the subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal from Account. Access to jobs requires an active or trialing subscription.

Your content

You retain rights to the job information, photos, and other content you put in SiteSight. You grant Ineality LLC the limited right to host and display that content so the service can function. Do not upload content you do not have the right to store.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another organization's data, or interfere with the product. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. SiteSight helps crews keep site information together. It does not replace professional judgment, safety programs, or other business systems.
